Shipping policy

Domestic Delivery:

Within the UAE, Shefa Group FZE, Sharjah, Shefa Trading Co LLC, Dubai, (hereinafter together referred as “SHEFA”) delivers to all locations within the country through its respective legal entities mentioned above. We offer free delivery for all orders with a value more than AED 250 (in UAE) on our website, by electronic payment for all orders within the country. Orders are generally dispatched within 4-5 working days within the respective countries although this may take longer if the shipping address is remote, during national holidays and under other circumstances.

Delivery in other GCC countries

Other GCC countries other than UAE, SHEFA delivers to all other countries in the GCC. For those countries, shipping costs will be further added considering the size, urgency and place of delivery of the order. Orders are generally dispatched within 6-7 working days although this may take longer if the shipping address is remote, during national holidays and under other circumstances.

Customs local taxes and VAT taxes (if applicable) will be added further to the shipping costs. The customer will need to pay those fees to the transport company.

Tracking your order

You can use the Airway Bill (AWB) Shipping Reference included in your Order Confirmation email to track your order here.

Scheduling Deliveries

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be contacted by our delivery partner customer service team will call you to schedule the most convenient time for delivery. Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that multiple orders may be consolidated into one delivery.

 International Delivery

For the moment, for any international deliveries other than GCC countries, our logistics department will contact you.
